Passwords can be changed at any time via the My Profile page. If you forget your password and cannot log into the site. Simply click the “forgot password” link on the login screen and follow the instructions.

We do our best to post the on-demand version of the webcast as soon as possible. Although rare, production can be delayed. It can take 2 business days for a live webcast to be switched over to on-demand.

Webcast expire one year after their live date. The expiration date can be found in the product description and in the “Additional Information” tab on the webcast description page.

New versions of the MedLearn Publishing books and charts are published at the end of each year, before January 1st. A new issue of the Laboratory Compliance and Radiology Compliance newsletters are released each month.

If you participate in a live webcast, you will receive an evaluation form via email within 24 hours of the close of the webcast. Once you submit your evaluation you will be directed to a web page where you can download the CE certificates available for this event.

For On-Demand and CD participants: Should you require a CE, please click on the “Take Test Now” link on the tab above the viewing console to directed to our e-learning site. Once there, you will be asked to answer assessment questions which are required for your continuing education certificate(s).

If a webcast presentation has not been evaluated by a specific credentialing agency, you are welcome to download the Certificate of Attendance (COA) and submit independently.

In order to ensure that you can connect to the website, receive emails and meet the minimum system requirements, you need to ensure that your IT department whitelists IP addresses, email addresses, and that your computer meets the minimum system and browser requirements that our media player uses. Please download this document and send it to your IT department to resolve any of the issues mentioned.
